Generally, a large number of applicants from India, Vietnam, Mongolia, and mainland China are required to go through the APS. The APS India issues the APS certificate confirming genuine and valid documents thereby consequently the eligibility to study in Germany. The APS certificate is necessary to verify the recognition of your educational qualifications in Germany.
What?
An APS certificate is the prerequisite for your visa application. It is proof of authenticity for Indian academic documents. It states the guiding eligibility criteria, which the German universities apply to the candidates while offering admission to the courses.It is now compulsory for Indian students applying for a German student visa.The fee for an APS Certificate in India is Rs 18,000, which is non-refundable. These fees need to be transferred to the bank account of APS India. By default, only 5 copies of the certificate will be sent by Courier, and if you need more copies, you have to pay Rs 500 per copy extra.

Applicants need an APS certificate before filing a visa application. APS will be open for applications beginning October 1st, 2022. For more detailed information, please consult www.aps-india.de. We will open new appointment slots for student visa applications through VFS Global. APS India needs about 3-4 weeks to process your application. The APS office usually starts processing your application as soon as your payment has been received.
